How to: Change the automatic formatting of a PivotTable.
Solution:
Select the pivot table. Select 'AutoFormat...' from the 'Format' menu. Select the desired format in the 'AutoFormat' dialog box.
1) Select the pivot table to format.
2) Select 'AutoFormat...' from the 'Format' menu. (The AutoFormat dialog box appears.)
3) Select the desired format from the 'Table Format' list box.

4) Click 'OK'. (Excel automatically applies the format to the table.)
